The design I chose that had a Fall motif. There were so many color options, it’s crazy! Do you have any scarf that doubles as a headband, hat, ear warmer, etc.? I bet not!
I wore my Buff to work one day and in the afternoon it was my workout headband.
The true test was going to be if I could wear the Buff during a race. I was wondering if it would stay on my head. Yes, headbands tend to slide off and then I have to slow down or stop to fix it or if I was going to be annoyed by it and wishing I could take it off. Neither one of those things happened. I ran the Giants Race San Francisco 5K and I forgot I had a Buff on. I actually wore my Buff on my neck and then moved it up to my head to keep the sweat out of my eyes. The fact that some Buff’s have UV protection helps keep the sun from damaging my skin during those long periods of time racing.
